At The Pathways to Change LLC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists support parents, partners, and caregivers in building healthier communication, stronger relationships, and more supportive family routines. Our approach is evidence-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in strategies that help families identify patterns, reduce conflict, and strengthen emotional connection.
Therapy provides a calm and structured space where each person can feel heard and understood. Sessions may focus on improving communication, problem-solving, parenting support, co-parenting challenges, stress management, and rebuilding trust and connection within the family system.
For families raising children with autism, anxiety, behavioral challenges, or other developmental needs, therapy can also help caregivers navigate stress, strengthen consistency at home, and support the emotional well-being of the entire family.
Services may be provided in person or through secure telehealth, depending on your family’s needs and schedule. Our goal is to help families create meaningful change, improve relationships, and feel more confident moving forward.
than a team, or maybe parenting differences are creating tension around routines, school, or behavior.
In our sessions, your therapist creates a calm, structured space where each person is heard. Together we slow things down, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and practice new ways of talking, listening, and problem-solving. For many families we support, there may also be autism, anxiety, or other developmental and emotional needs in the picture. We keep your child’s needs in mind while still focusing on the health of your relationship and family system.
Counselling can take place in our clinic or via secure telehealth, depending on what works best for your schedule. The approach is warm, evidence-informed, and culturally responsive, with a strong emphasis on respect, safety, and collaboration.
Our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) work with you to better understand what is happening within your relationships and what meaningful changes you would like to see. Using evidence-based approaches, this process focuses on improving communication, strengthening connection, and building practical skills that support long-term growth for your family.
